Chris MacInnis is the Chief Operating Officer at MD Revolution. Prior to taking this role, Chris was the President & COO at NavCare – Comprehensive Care Management. Chris was previously the Chief Revenue officer at Elara Caring. His career in healthcare covers over 26 years with the past 18 years at the Senior Executive level. His broad experience in care management and post-acute care covers the areas of program development, operations management, accounting and finance, business development, acquisitions, and consulting services.
Chris also served as Sr Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Pruitt Health, Sr Vice President of Strategy and Development at Kindred Home Health (formerly Gentiva), General Manager of Home Care Programs at HCR-ManorCare, d/b/a Heartland Home Health and Hospice, and Sr Vice President of Operations at CareSouth. During his career, he led large healthcare operations, developed disease management programs, executed strategic business plans, led mergers and acquisitions and worked across the country to develop relationships with hospitals, nursing facilities, other post acute providers and health plans. Chris also served on the board of directors of the Alliance for Home Health Quality and Innovation with a mission to support research and education on the value home health care can offer to patients and the U.S. health care system.
Before entering the health industry, Chris had a brief stint in the NFL as a punter and served two years as an officer in the Air Force with assignments at the United States Air Force Academy and Patrick Air Force Base.
Chris graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
Chris and his family currently reside in Marietta, GA just outside of Atlanta. He and his wife, Maria, have two children, Turner (18) and Claire (17).
