Our clinically validated points system connects your fitness, health, and nutrition behaviors to your outcomes. Learn the basics below.


You can earn 5 points when you:

  • Stay Active: Reach your daily active minutes goal
  • Track a Workout: with a heart rate monitor OR log other fitness activities (5 points max per day)
  • Enter Lab Data: Get your blood work done and enter your data
You can earn 1 point when you:
  • Log Food Intake: Awarded per meal logged (5 points max per day)
  • Track Steps: Awarded daily, get 4 bonus points when you reach your goal
  • Log Blood Pressure: Awarded daily
  • Track Weight: Awarded daily
  • Track Glucose Levels: Awarded per entry (5 points max per day)
  1. Login to RevUp

  2. Remain on your RevUp Dashboard Home page

  3. Locate your RevUp History directly below your dashboard background image and above your "What drives me..." goal

    • Your RevUp History allows you to toggle between timeframes to view your historical summary metrics

  4. Find "Lifetime" on your RevUp History timeline (The timeframe furthest to the right)

  5. Click on the white circle directly above "Lifetime"

  6. Once selected, the circle above "Lifetime" should now appear to have a green fill

  7. Your RevUp Summary Metrics (found at the top of your dashboard) should now reflect your historical summary metrics for your "Lifetime"

  2. Remain on your RevUp Dashboard Home page

  3. Locate your RevUp History directly below your dashboard background image and above your "What drives me..." goal

  4. Your RevUp History allows you to toggle between the following timeframes:

    • "This Week"

    • "Last Week" 

    • "This Month"

    • "Last Month" 

    • "Lifetime"

  5. Select the desired timeframe to view your historical summary metrics:

    • "RevUp Points" 

    • "Workouts Logged"

    • "Steps Taken"

    • "Meals Logged"

Average Maximum Daily Points Earned

  • The maximum number of points you can earn in an average day is twenty-seven (27) RevUp points.

The Exception

  • On a day where you have logged or updated your lab data, the maximum amount of points you can earn is thirty-two (32) RevUp points.

Please note: We recommend you update your lab data at least once a year. Consult your primary care physician (PCP) or professional lab service providers (i.e. LabCorp) to set up an appointment for your lab screening.
