Theresa Lantz is MD Revolution’s Vice President of Client Success which focuses on client onboarding, program implementation, client engagement, strategy and growth. Prior to taking this role, Theresa spent the last 10 years as the Executive Vice President at NavCare, a comprehensive care management company that was acquired by MD Revolution in 2023.
Theresa has over 29 years of health care leadership experience centered primarily in the care management and post-acute care industry. During her tenure at NavCare, formerly CareSouth, she was responsible for Medicare and private duty home care operations within a national senior living corporation, management of the client success team, patient enrollment & retention and served as a key member of the software development team where she was able to provide insight to improve client engagement and the overall provider experience.
Before joining NavCare, Theresa held various leadership positions with Homecare Homebase, Bayada Nurses and Visiting Nurse Association of Florida. Her vast experience in operations, business development, management of start-up operations, software integration, and client relationship management continue to inspire her to set goals around driving health care excellence and innovation.
Theresa currently resides in North Augusta, South Carolina with her husband, Michael.
