The Healthcare Enterprise Sales Specialist will act as a point of contact for all potential software clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find opportunities to generate more revenue for the client and the company. New leads and demo will be conducted by this individual as well as several “first contact” introductions of our services and platform capabilities.

In this position, you will be responsible for outreach and making and presentations; helping to insure continued growth and customer engagement.

Specialists will also have responsibilities within prospects and assist in the overall success of new accounts.

You need to have prior experience working with new and established accounts and coordinate between multiple teams to ensure long term success.

Healthcare Enterprise Sales Specialist’s duties and responsibilities

A competent Specialist should be flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertains to your firm and clients. Their main responsibility is to prospect and close new business. Some of their specific daily duties include:

  • Communicating with potential clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed
  • Building strong relationships with partners to acquire new customers
  • Working with EHR partners either directly or via the Marketplace to properly target and implement strategies to obtain new business.
  • Provides client insights and feedback to the product management team and participates in product planning activities to help improve the offering for clients and in the marketplace.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill a potential customer’s request
  • esolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
  • Oversee the in-office workflow process and assignment of patient care.
  • Help deliver additional ancillary services and constantly monitoring clinics and employees how to implement these services
  • Ensure Community resources are coordinated to patients and clinics and are updated regularly.
  • Provide leadership to the clinical team promoting consistent performance improvement, teamwork, and leading the team by example.

Ideal candidates should have worked within the healthcare industry, EMR functionality and implementation experience. Experience working in healthcare payer and reimbursement models is a plus.

Our solution is in high demand, and we have an extensive list of current customers to work with along with multiple new accounts added each month. The ability to deliver value-based services to our clients will assist in adding more opportunities. Experience coordinating multiple projects with multiple stakeholders is a plus.
