There are two ways you can log your meal activities manually within your RevUp dashboard:
1) From the Home page:

While MyFitnessPal is a great tool for those interested in caloric content and nutritional breakdown, it is even better when used with the RevUp photo food logging. This combination allows your RevUp Nutrition Coach to provide even more accurate feedback and gives them a better clue into the quality and quantity of your food.
Your Nutrition goal is important to set because it allows your Nutrition coach to give you more tailored feedback that will help you achieve your goal(s).
To set your Nutrition Goal:
You can receive feedback on any meal you post to RevUp simply by clicking on the "Get Feedback" button when you post the meal.
