We are always adding health devices that we find to be useful in managing your health. Currently, RevUp is compatible with the following for wireless syncing, however, you are able to manually input data for minutes of activity, body weight and body fat, blood pressure, and blood glucose if you use a device that is not RevUp compatible.

We currently only have a RevUp iPhone app, however, the RevUp web-based app is completely mobile enabled, allowing you to access it through your mobile device anytime, anywhere. 

All communication with your RevUp coaches will be via your RevUp platform's messaging feature. There is no limit on the amount that you message or request feedback from your RevUp Team of Coaches.

Fitness

Message your RevUp Metabolic (Fitness) Coach and let them know about your recent injury or surgery. The RevUp Team encourages you consult your primary care physician (PCP) for feedback on activities or workouts so as to prevent future injuries or re-injuries.

Health

Message your RevUp Health (Nurse Practitioner) Coach to notify them of your health condition. MD Revolution suggests consulting your primary care physician (PCP) for feedback on suggested RevUp engagement. 

We recommend that you go and get your blood work done once per year, unless your doctor advises you otherwise. Having blood tests done once a year allows you to see any critical changes in your body before they manifest as cardiovascular disease, cancer, or diabetes. 

Messaging & Points

RevUp messages are 100% personalized. Messages from your RevUp Coaches take into account your unique fitness, health and nutrition data. 

You will receive 1 point per meal you log and a maximum of 5 points for 5 meals per day. 

You will receive 5 points for the following activities:
  • Stay Active: Reach your daily active minutes goal
  • Track a Workout: with a heart rate monitor OR log other fitness activities (5 points max per day)
  • Enter Lab Data: Get your blood work done and enter your data
You will receive 1 point for the following activities:
  • Log Food Intake: Awarded per meal logged (5 points max per day)
  • Track Steps: Awarded daily, get 4 bonus points when you reach your goal
  • Log Blood Pressure: Awarded daily
  • Track Weight: Awarded daily
  • Track Glucose Levels: Awarded per entry (5 points max per day)

RevUp uses messaging similar to text messaging because of our familiarity with that form of communication. We find that messaging is an easy, convenient and effective way to communicate with your RevUp coaches. You can expect to receive feedback from your RevUp coaches in a timely manner. 

Nutrition

Message your RevUp Nutrition Coach and let them know of your diet needs or limitations. 

Your nutrition coaches are here to provide you feedback that will guide you to healthier eating choices and not a specific diet plan. We know through research that diet plans are short term fixes that don't last so instead, we help you live an all around healthier lifestyle that will stick forever.
