We are always adding health devices that we find to be useful in managing your health. Currently, RevUp is compatible with the following for wireless syncing, however, you are able to manually input data for minutes of activity, body weight and body fat, blood pressure, and blood glucose if you use a device that is not RevUp compatible.

We currently only have a RevUp iPhone app, however, the RevUp web-based app is completely mobile enabled, allowing you to access it through your mobile device anytime, anywhere.
All communication with your RevUp coaches will be via your RevUp platform's messaging feature. There is no limit on the amount that you message or request feedback from your RevUp Team of Coaches.

We recommend that you go and get your blood work done once per year, unless your doctor advises you otherwise. Having blood tests done once a year allows you to see any critical changes in your body before they manifest as cardiovascular disease, cancer, or diabetes.
You will receive 1 point per meal you log and a maximum of 5 points for 5 meals per day.
RevUp uses messaging similar to text messaging because of our familiarity with that form of communication. We find that messaging is an easy, convenient and effective way to communicate with your RevUp coaches. You can expect to receive feedback from your RevUp coaches in a timely manner.
Your nutrition coaches are here to provide you feedback that will guide you to healthier eating choices and not a specific diet plan. We know through research that diet plans are short term fixes that don't last so instead, we help you live an all around healthier lifestyle that will stick forever.
