if you are more interested in the nutritional breakdown of your meals then download the MyFitnessPal nutrition app to your smart device and see your app's food diary populate on your RevUp dashboard. MyFitnessPal remembers what you've eaten and done most often in the past, and makes it easy for you to add those foods again to your log.  

If you prefer a more simple and fun way to log your meals you can use RevUp's built-in photo logging feature.
